Shweta Taneja learned her first mythological story the old-fashioned way: by reciting it aloud. As a reader and listener, she has always been enthralled by fantastic, mythical stories. She did not, however, always write fiction as a writer. Her creative tendencies were relegated to her personal diaries during her frenetic professional career as a journalist. She spent seven years chasing down people who were looking for news stories. But, she eventually opted to write her own stories and began publishing graphic novels.
