
Barbara Taylor Bradford was born in Leeds and worked as an editor and columnist on Fleet Street at the age of twenty. Her debut novel, A Woman of Substance, was a long-running success, and she went on to write twenty-one more, the most recent of which was Just Rewards. Her writings have been adapted into 10 mini-series and television movies and have sold more than 75 million copies globally in more than 90 countries and forty languages. She lives in New York City with her husband, television producer Robert Bradford, who is a member of the Writers Hall of Fame.
