Jordi Sierra i Fabra is a Spanish author of more than 300 books for adults and children who has been awarded the Spanish National Prize for Children s and Young Adult Literature and the Cervantes Chico prize for his work and contribution to the field of literature, among others. He is the founder of the Jordi Sierra i Fabra Foundation, which seeks to help adolescents in Barcelona and Medellin, Colombia, who wish to become writers. Fernando Vicente is an award-winning illustrator and a frequent contributor to Babelia, the cultural supplement of the Spanish newspaper El Pais.
