Cesar Vidal Manzanares was born in Madrid, Spain, in 1958. He is a radio host, an attorney, a historian, and an author. He holds a doctorate in history from the UNED, Spain's most important university in terms of numbers, where he worked as a tutor and professor for eight years. In 1991, his thesis was awarded the Veledicoriano Award. He holds a doctorate in law from the Universidad Alfonso X and a master's degree in theology and philosophy from the Universidad Logos, where he is a member of the board of directors.

He is also a member of the Instituto Interamericano para la Democracia's executive committee. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Academina Norteamericana de la Lengua Espaola. He has worked as a media contributor for El Mundo, Diario 16, Periódico de Aragón, and La Razón. From 2004 to 2009, he was the host of the radio program La linterna for the COPE network, and in the same year, he left Cope to launch esRadio with Federico Jiménez Lozantos.

Due to differences with Jiménez Lozantos, he abandoned the project in 2013. Since 2014, he has been the host of La voz, a program broadcast from the United States with a global audience of more than 600 million people. Cesar Vidal Manzanares, a Spanish radio broadcaster, lawyer, and novelist, was born in Madrid in 1958. He holds a doctorate in history from UNED, Spain's largest university by enrollment, where he served as a Professor-tutor for eight years.

In 1991, he got the Valedictorian Academic Prize for his thesis. He holds a doctorate in law from the University Alfonso X, El Sabio, as well as a master's degree in theology and philosophy from Logos University, where he serves on the Board of Regents. He is also a member of the Inter-American Institute for Democracy's Executive Council. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Accademia Norteamericana de la Lengua Espaola (North American Academy of Spanish Language).

He has worked with a variety of publications, including El Mundo, Diario 16, Periodico de Aragon, and La Razon. From 2004 to 2009, he hosted the Cadena COPE radio show La Linterna. He left COPE that year to co-found esRadio with Federico Jiménez Losantos, a liberal radio station. Due to conflicts with Jiménez Losantos, he also abandoned that project in 2013.

He has been the host of La Voz, a radio program broadcast from the United States that has a daily international audience of over 600.000 people, since 2014.
