The feel-good place to buy books

The Lake District Anglers' Guide by Laurence Tetley
Guidebook gives full details for fishing in the Lake District. Clubs, shops, permits etc. Covers all main (47) rivers and streams, the Lakes, tarns and reservoirs and canals (over 100 still waters).
Laurence Tetley was born in the Yorkshire Dales and has fished extensively throughout Yorkshire, the Lake District and Cumbria for most of his life. Recently he wrote The Yorkshire Dales Anglers' Guide and he has now used his extensive knowledge of the area to produce this sister publication. He knows the sport intimately and has also fished in distant waters. During a spell in the Merchant Navy he cast a line as far afield as Australia, South Africa and Canada. He has also lived in Southampton where, during a period as Principal Lecturer at the Institute of Higher Education, he found time to write The Central Southern Angling Guide. He is now retired and lives once again in the Yorkshire Dales.
