Louise Holland's career as a chef has taken her from Dorchester and Mosimann's to in-house chef at the cookery book mecca, Books for Cooks. It was there she was discovered by the producer of Channel 4's Light Lunch show where her culinary expertise took her on to become food producer of Late Lunch.
