Last To Know by Liz Allen

Torn apart by tragedy, bought together by crime. Deborah Parker is the newest recruit at Jennings and Associates solicitors, and she's just bagged herself one of the biggest clients there is. Michael Mooney Junior is wanted by the police for a brutal attack on a prostitute, but he just happens to be the son of one of the biggest names in organised crime in Ireland. Deborah is his key to freedom. But you can't play with the Devil and expect to emerge un-scathed, and suddenly Deborah Parker is a wanted woman - from both sides of the law. Is someone expertly manipulating her life, determined to destroy everything she has ever lived and worked for? Sometimes, your enemies are closer to home than you think. In her outstanding debut novel, former journalist Liz Allen has created a heroine like no other. "Last To Know" is a tale of tragedy, hardship and determination, where one woman will fight to preserve her future from the very people that strive to destroy it.
