A former editor of the Journal of College and University Law, he is the coauthor of The Law of Higher Education, Fourth Edition. Barbara A. Lee, J.D., Ph.D. is a professor of human resource management at the School of Management and Labor Relations, Rutgers University. She is the coauthor of The Law of Higher Education, Fourth Edition and Academics in Court.
