Lead and Disrupt by Michael Tushman
Conventional wisdom suggests that companies cannot simultaneously compete in mature markets and successfully enter new ones. But, this book teaches us otherwise. Through organizational ambidexterity, leaders can both defend a firm's core strengths and forge new successes in the face of disruptive change.

Christensen, Harvard Business School and author of The Innovator's Dilemma

O'Reilly and Tushman eloquently make the case for how great organizations simultaneously respect their past while embracing the future. A must-read for all leaders!"—Bruce Harreld, President, University of Iowa, and former SVP, IBM
