Their first coauthored book focuses on district leadership, principal leadership, and team leadership and addresses how individual teachers can be most effective in leading students by learning with colleagues how to implement the most promising pedagogy in their classrooms
Richard Dufour, is completing post-doctoral studies at the University of Toronto under the supervision of Lloyd P. Gerson. He is currently working on a series of french translations of several plotinian treatises to be published by Garnier Flammarion.
