Sian Case is an experienced facilitator of adult learning, particularly in an education context. After a career in teaching, she moved into retail, financial services and local government. She now works on several NCSL programmes, including the Leadership Programme for Serving Headteachers, and designs and delivers workshops in Leading Change and Successful Negotiations for school staff. Sian is also a trainer for the National Remodelling Team. She has rich experience of working on major change projects with Alliance and Leicester, Vodafone and Marks and Spencer, as well as other private sector companies.
