Along with his wife and associate minister, Dr. Daisy Washburn Osborn, the Osborns established their headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1949. Today, their ministry continues through the printed page and media outreaches as well as their daughter, Dr. LaDonna Osborn.
