Jeffrey Lindsey, Ph.D., is an assistant professor at George Washington University's Department of Emergency Health Services. He was the fire chief for Estero Fire Rescue in Estero, Florida, when he retired. He is also the education coordinator for 24-7 EMS. He is a nationally recognized person in the emergency services business. He is a seasoned emergency services leader, educator, lecturer, author (including REA's EMT Flashcards), and consultant. Dr. Lindsey graduated from the University of South Florida with a PhD and master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in Fire and Safety Engineering and a paramedicine associate's degree from Harrisburg Area Community College. Dr. Lindsey has worked in the emergency services business for nearly three decades.
