Educated at Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania, Halima has published articles in the journal Sufism: An Inquiry, the online journal of Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, the Marin County Pacific Sun newspaper and other media. She lives in Santa Rosa, California with her husband.
