The Lights by Howard Korder
Lillian, a young clerk in a department store, impulsively steals a watch from the store to replace the one Frederic, her boyfriend, lost. Over the next 24 hours both their lives twist and turn in ways they never expected.
Howard Korder is an American screenwriter and playwright. His plays include Boy's Life (which was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize) and Search and Destroy. He has also written the screenplays The Passion of Ayn Rand and Lakeview Terrace. He is co-executive producer and writer for Boardwalk Empire.
