Slight hinge and gutter cracking. Binding is firm. Pages are water stained to edges, but the text is unaffected. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper, mostly excised with black stamp. Text block edges very tanned and foxed with minor scratches. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Notable water staining to front and rear. Boards are slightly bowed. Book has a slight forward lean. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear; small tears, mild chips, and creasing. Jacket is slightly rubbed and marked overall. Slight water staining. Dog eared rear flap.
