Sophie Piper is the pseudonym of an in-house author. Ruth Rivers is a very experienced illustrator. She has worked with a huge number of clients in all fields of the print industry, including working on many children's books. Throughout her career she has worked in several styles and techniques, these range from traditional painting in oils to digital, often she will combine several in the same piece of work. Her favourite subjects are people, animals and landscapes, and she never leaves home without a sketchbook!
