Laura Stampler is a Californian who has relocated to New York. She became a journalist after graduating from Stanford University, interning and then working on staff at several newspapers and journals. Laura has written for Time magazine, Business Insider, Huffington Post, The Nation, The New Republic, and The Jewish Journal of Greater Los Angeles on topics ranging from dating to social media stars to social justice issues. While she's not writing, she's probably surfing the web for pug gifs.
