MATT NAPIER is the author of six children's novels, five of which are about hockey. He spent most of his life in Toronto, attending every Maple Leafs game he could. Matt studied law at the University of Windsor after graduating from the University of Toronto and now works as an attorney near Ottawa. MELANIE ROSE is an award-winning children's book illustrator whose works include M Is for Maple, Z Is for Zamboni, and W Is for Wind. She resides in Oakville, Ontario, with her son, two cats, and dog, and is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art.
