It also introduces a variety of media from fine yarn fibres to vintage fabric. The book is well set out with lovely photography and inspirational designs which just make you want to get started. The magic of knitting beaded jewellery shows how to incorporate beads into your knitting which could be used for larger projects too. All the projects are not particularly difficult for a beginner, with clear instructions and also tips on some projects to help the project succeed. The number of projects is just right to capture interest. I particularly like the vintage recycled Lotus project by Adrienne Krey which could be varied over and over. The back of the book has general information which includes standard yarn weights, needles sizing and knitting basics and techniques. This is a lovely book aimed at the beginner jewellery maker and knitter with inspirational designs and lovely photography.
