GraphicNovelReporter Picks for Summer 2015 Winner of two Eisner Awards (for large edition) ? Best Anthology ? Best Publication Design "Inventive work by some of comics' most distinguished artists makes these tributes a triumph" - Kirkus Reviews STARRED REVIEW "It's kid-friendly but sophisticated, so adults can enjoy it too, and it's a wallet-friendly alternative to the big book." - Comic Book Resources "Each comic is reproduced in beautiful full color-some with bright, modern palettes; others with muted, antique hues. Though this homage is intended for a youth audience, plenty here will appeal to adults, particularly those familiar with McKay's work." - Booklist "McCay as seen through the eyes of other artists is a visual treat." - ICv2, rating 5 Stars out of 5 The original broadsheet-sized edition, Little Nemo Dream Another Dream won Eisner Awards for Best Anthology and Best Publication Design. "Each of these lovely dreamscapes is self-contained in a slim but gorgeously packaged volume...that's worth a look from lifelong comics fans, art appreciators and curious children alike." - Graphic Novel Reporter "The price of this edition certainly can't be beat." - Geek Dad "There are a number of incredibly clever and funny strips in this book that [are] especially effective in the hands of artists who are formalists and/or stylists." - Rob Clough for High-Low "Little Nemo in Slumberland creator Winsor McCay might blush to see the awe-inspiring tribute his successors have assembled" --NPR Best Books of 2014 "Undeniably magical" --Paste Magazine GraphicNovelReporter Picks for Summer 2015 Winner of two Eisner Awards (for large edition) ?
