The feel-good place to buy books
Living Alone, Living Together by Peter King
This book considers how a dwelling can protect and promote both our anxieties and our relationships. Both essays use a non-traditional literature to explore being alone and being with others, rather than relying on the social science literature, and offer a distinct and original contribution to the housing studies literature.-

King provides two essays on the use of private dwellings by their occupants, by drawing on his own experiencesIn the first essay, he describes living inside one’s head as a subjective space, detailing what occurs in his head, particularly with anxiety and depression, and in the second, he considers how people live together, and the issues of privacy and exclusion. -- Annotation ©2017 * (protoview.com) *
