She presented No Waste Like Home, shown on BBC Two, in 2005 and is currently visiting lecturer at Nottingham Trent University’s Architecture Department, developing low-carbon master plans for low-income communities. She is also an advisor to the Environment Agency and patron of several green charities. She lives in Nottingham in an eco-home with her husband and daughter.
