Wacht, Peter: - Peter Wacht grew up just outside New York City, but he calls Northern Virginia home. His novels focus on the fantasy and young adult fiction genres. He is the author of The Legend of the Kestrel, the first book in The Sylvan Chronicles Series. When he's not writing, Peter runs a nonprofit, coaches soccer, is in a PhD program for writing and rhetoric, and still finds time to be with his family (human and canine).
