Loving Like You Mean it by Ronald J Frederick
Being emotionally present is key to a loving connection. But past neglect makes some people afraid to share their feelings, resulting in cold, insecure, resentful relationships. Dr. Ronald Frederick, co-founder of the Center for Courageous Living, uses attachment theory and neuroscience to explain why people fear emotional intimacy, how this pattern ruins relationships, and ways to become an emotionally minded partner.
The capacity for deep, loving connections is inside all of us, waiting to come out. Through the lessons shared here, your relationships can be fuller than you ever imagined as you learn the science and richness behind loving like you mean it.
