Low Cholesterol Cookbook by Christine France
This cookery book provides an informative introduction and clearly explains all you need to know about cholesterol and a healthy diet. Basic healthy eating guidelines provide hints and tips on how to cook with fat-free and low fat ingredients, as it is widely recognized that certain types of fat - saturated fats - raise cholesterol levels. Over 50 low cholesterol and low fat recipes are illustrated in full colour with at-a-glance nutritional notes for every recipe. A low cholesterol diet needn't mean that your diet lacks flavour: select anything from pizza and pasta to tasty stews, cakes and breads.
