Lee Hee-Woo graduated from the Air Force Academy and he was in the sky as an F-5 fighter pilot. He also received a Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from Arizona State University. After much effort in developing the Air Force's T-50 aeroplane, he was discharged as a brigadier general from the Korean Air Force. He is currently the CEO of drone manufacturing company KEVA Drone Co. Ltd, a visiting professor at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute, and a director at the Chungnam National University General Military System Research Institute. Also, as President of the World Paper Aeroplane Association, he has launched the "World Paper Aeroplane Competition for Peaceful Reunion and World Peace."
