David Hobbs came to Northern California from Ohio in 1965. He worked his way through college as a firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service, and graduated with a double major in music and political science. His previous publications include a fictional biography called Waiting For The Dawn, and the story of how he became a Christian while fighting fires called Out of the Fire, A Life Radically Changed. He resides with his wife Marcine in Northern California where he runs 4L Press, a publishing house dedicated to revival and the present move of God.
