Notable works include High Quality Leadership: Practical Guidelines to Becoming a More Effective Manager and High Quality Managerial Leadership Decisions - The Key to Superior Performance, to be published in 2006. In 1998, 1999, and 2003 he was guest editor of special issues of the Journal of Workplace Learning, Career Development Journal, and Management Decision, respectively, the last two based on internet conferences that he coordinated.
