Frenzel, Carroll W.: - Carroll Frenzel received his Ph.D. in Atmosphere Physics and Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson. Upon graduation, he joined IBM as a programmer and advanced through several IT management positions where he managed several hundred employees and a budget of $90 million. After leaving industry, Dr. Frenzel joined the University of Colorado as a professor in the Management Sciences and Information Systems department, and later was appointed to the position of Director, Business Research Division.
