Managing Change by C A Carnall

Designed to provide busy managers with a workbook to help them understand how to improve their own personal effectiveness in handling change, this workbook combines self-assessment exercises, exercises to complete for the manager's own company and case studies giving illustrations of how to use the exercises. The focus will be on the personal skills and competences managers need in order to implement changes in their organization and working systems. These will be defined in terms of measurable skills and output, so that managers using the workbook will be able to assess their current level through self-assessment exercises and monitor their progress.
