"The RICS School of the Built Environment in India has been created to help establish the future built environment professionals for this country and around the worldWhilst this book has been written for senior leaders and influencers in the real estate and construction sector, I would also see it as adding huge value to help inspire and empower the next generation of future leaders. This subject is something that the RICS School of the Built Environment and universities around the world hope to engender, as it is as powerful to the next generation of leaders to understand this as it is for current leaders in the sector, as both can help change the dial. " Mona N. Shah (Ph.D), Professor and Dean, RICS School of the Built Environment, Amity University, India

"Recognition of the imperative to promote diversity in the property and construction sectors is long overdue. Not only is it important to remove the deeply rooted obstacles to equal gender representation and wider diversity at all levels, it is increasingly urgent given the chronic skills shortages arising from a long-term failure to appeal to a much wider talent pool. Industry leaders must live up to their titles. They need to set aggressive targets and put in place practical implementation plans to achieve them. This book includes a wealth of ideas and insights into effective ways to change the culture of an organisation, and how together we can begin to transform our industry for the better."
