Kean Soo was born in England and reared in Hong Kong before settling in Canada to pursue a career in electrical engineering. He soon realized, however, that he preferred to draw comics. Kean began uploading his comics on the internet in 2002, and went on to work as an assistant editor and regular contributor to the FLiGHT anthologies for people of all ages. He's been nominated for various accolades for his web work, including an Eisner Award nomination for Jellaby. Kean enjoys vegetables, but not nearly as much as he enjoys tuna sandwiches slathered in wasabi mayonnaise.
