Jeff Parker is the author of many works, including Harper Collins' Where Bears Roam the Streets: A Russian Journal, Tin House's novel Ovenman, and Dzanc's short story collection The Taste of Penny. Rasskazy: New Fiction from a New Russia (Tin House) and Amerika: Russian Writers Examine the United States (Dalkey Archive) are anthologies he co-edited. He also collaborated on the Russian translation of Zakhar Prilepin's novel Sankya (Dzanc). He teaches in the MFA program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is the Director of the DISQUIET International Literary Program in Lisbon.
