Marvel-Verse: Spider-Woman by Marv Wolfman

A collection of stories featuring Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman! To know her is to fear her... and to love her! Spider-Woman is one of the most captivating heroes in all the Marvel-Verse... and definitely one of the best dressed! This collection begins as Jessica Drew finalizes her iconic costume, pits her venom blasts against a criminal pair's deadly lasers and beguiles S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Jerry Hunt! Then, Spider-Woman meets Spider-Man... and accuses him of imitating her! But has Peter Parker arrived in Los Angeles just as Jessica has turned to a life of crime? Then, monster madness unites Jess with the Hulk! And finally, prepare for a Spider-Woman's eye view of a cosmic event! As the Avengers head into space to confront the unstoppable Builder fleet, Jessica will show exactly why she is one of Earth's Mightiest Heroes!
The man most closely associated with the Silver Age Flash, Carmine Infantino began working in comics in the mid-1940s as the artist on such features as Green Lantern, Black Canary, Ghost Patrol and the original Golden Age Flash. Infantino lent his unique style to a variety of super-hero, supernatural, and Western features throughout the 1950s until he was tapped to pencil the 1956 revival of the Flash. While continuing to pencil THE FLASH series, he also provided the art for other strips, including Batman, the Elongated Man and Adam Strange. Infantino became DC's editorial director in 1967 and ultimately its president before returning to freelancing in 1976. Since then he has pencilled and inked numerous features, including the Batman newspaper strip, GREEN LANTERN CORPS and DANGER TRAIL.
