Living under a fictional and apparently law-abiding identity but keeping a dark remaining a target for family revenge, he meets and becomes close to a woman who lives in his luxury apartment building - DI Linda Alexander. As the case progresses, Linda is faced with some tough decisions as her personal life threatens to intrude into her hitherto unblemished career.
