DONALD H. CALDWELL, is an attorney in the private practice of corporate law in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the North Carolina Society of Health Care Attorneys and is the author of U.S. Health Law and Policy 1999 (An AHA Press/Jossey-Bass Publication, 1998). He is a graduate of Davidson College and of Vanderbilt University Law School.
