The Meaning of Life by E D Klemke
A revision of an anthology on the meaning of life intended for introduction to philosophy and human nature courses as well as less conventional offerings with titles such as "Belief and Unbelief" and "God and Persons". It includes primarily the writings by philosophers but also offers some selections from literary figures and religious thinkers.
The late E. D. Klemke was professor of philosophy at Iowa State University. He was also the coeditor of Introductory Readings in the Philosophy of Science and the author of A Defense of Realism: Reflections on the Metaphysics of G. E. Moore.
