Robert Youngson is one of the most frequently published popular authors in medicine. His works include the Royal Society of Medicine Encyclopedia of Family Health and the Royal Society of Medicine Dictionary of Symptoms. He is a member of many learned bodies, including the Royal College of Surgeons, the BMA, Royal Society of Medicine, Royal College of Opthalmologists, and is an Officer of the Order of St John of Jerusalem.
