Karen Ralls, Ph.D., is a medieval historian, worldwide speaker, and media consultant who spent six years as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Edinburgh before moving to Oxford to continue her specialised medieval study. Dr. Ralls was a former deputy director of the Rosslyn Chapel Museum display (1996-2001) and a member of the Oxford University Religious Studies Association, the American Academy of Religion (AAR), and the British Society for the Study of Religion (BASR). She is a frequent guest on the History Channel and Discovery, as well as in National Geographic TV documentaries. She is originally from the United States. She has an award-winning website, www.karenralls.com, and is the author of The Templars and the Grail and other works.
