Metaskills by Amy Mindell

Behind our therapy methods and interventions, behind our day-to-day interactions, lie feeling attitudes -METASKILLS- which strongly affect our work and lives. Amy Mindell created the concept of Metaskills to show how awareness of feeling skills transforms our work into an artistic and spiritual experience. Using a series of examples, anecdotes, and case studies, Amy demonstrates how metaskills can make all that you do more effective.
