Long-time competitions department employee Brian Moylan, author of Works Rally Mechanic' and Anatomy of the Works Minis', also published by Veloce, wrote the extensive to this book, which comprises an extraordinary collection of pictures of the MG factory throughout its lifePerhaps unsurprisingly, given the author's credentials, the competitions side of the company is given considerably more space, as are its wartime activities with military vehicles and the factory's development and new production methods. This book helps to paint a fine picture of the British motor industry as it once was. – Speedscene.
