Mind Game by Nicole Deelah

A father daughter scientific team are ordered by the President to create a weapon of mass destruction. The President is implementing a plan to destroy the diverse populations to create One World Order. Instead the Scientists create an Orgone being who saves the New America from being annihilated completely. The being's return to the Universe is a loss to the human race, until a later time.
Pamela Shepherd (1951) born in the Midwest. She is the oldest of five siblings and the Matriarch of the family. In the late 1970's she migrated to the South at an early adult life with her daughter, Penelope. She has been a singer/songwriter/entertainer. She is also an accomplished artist having sold many paintings to a select few. Pamela has taken one more giant leap forward in her life's path to do what she says is her inspiration to giving back to others. Writing what she is inspired to write, as if arising from some external creative impulse. Mind Game (The Beginning) was started in 1983 while she was in college. After 6 rewrites the book was finally written in 2005, In 2014 it was finally brought to complete fruition for the entire world to read and share. She firmly believes Words are like ocean waves: They either force you stand strong and tall; or they knock you down forcing you to get back up.
