Eleanor Gibson is a mindfulness practitioner and poet with an MSc in Mindfulness. She has been practising mindfulness for nine years and runs a mindfulness class at her local library in South Lanarkshire, receiving positive feedback from those attending. After experiencing severe trauma in her personal life, Eleanor’s whole world was rocked, leaving her with thoughts, feelings and emotions which she struggled to come to terms with. In an effort to find a way forward, Eleanor took herself on a mindful journey through her life. This led her on a mission to help others who are faced with challenging and traumatic experiences which they find difficult to cope with. She found that practising mindfulness and following the activities included in this book led to a healthier and happier lifestyle. Her motivation is to help others achieve their full potential.
