Biographer, photographer, and novelist James Spada is well-known. Black and White Guys, his first collection of male nude pictures, was named one of the top three homosexual books of the year by the Independent Publishers Association and was a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award for Best Visual Arts Book of 2000. Edwardian Men, his second collection, featured fresh pictures that were altered to look like they were taken at the turn of the century. Eye Candy is his first collection of digitally captured photographs, as well as his first color work. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
