Monster Moods is a set of illustrated playing cards designed to support emotional literacy in children and young people. With accompanying game ideas, online activities and posters, Monster Moods can be used to facilitate work in recognising, understanding, labelling, expressing and regulating moods and emotions.

Juliette Ttofa is a Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working with children and young people. She specialises in supporting resilience and well-being in vulnerable children. Juliette is the author of Nurturing Emotional Resilience in Children and Young People plus 7 picture books including How Monsters Wish to Feel (Speechmark).

Julia Gallego is a picture book illustrator and designer, and a graduate of the Manchester School of Art.
