Michael Smerconish is a two-time New York Times bestselling author who is consistently named one of America's most important talk show hosts by Talkers Magazine. Since April 2013 he has hosted The Michael Smerconish Program on the POTUS channel on SiriusXM satellite radio from 9 a.m. to noon weekdays, after leaving his popular syndicated show that reached 80 stations nationwide. In 2009 he became the first radio host to interview President Barack Obama live from the White House, and has also interviewed Presidents Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush.
