Janita Stenhouse has nearly forty years of yoga experience. She writes a regular column for Yoga and health magazine and her cartoon strips appear in French and Australian yoga magazines. She has made prolonged visits to India where she also studied Hindi and music. Currently she lives and teaches yoga in the Auvergne region of France.
