Mother Teresa by Anne Sebba
This biography of Mother Teresa aims to reveal the truth behind her ethics, medical practices, theology and her cultivation of a myth which may have a lie at its heart. Hers is an extraordinary life, full of paradox and hypocrisy, but also one of enormous courage, love and determination.
Anne Sebba read History at King's College London then joined Reuters as a foreign correspondent based in London and Rome. She has written eight works of non-fiction, mostly about iconic women, presented BBC radio documentaries, and is an accredited Nadfas lecturer. She is married with three children.
