"'Motivating the Teenage Mind' is quite simply the best resource I have ever seen for working with youngsters on motivation and will definitely use it extensivelySo many thrilling ideas and imaginative ways in to even the most intransigent and switched off minds it really is a first class resource." — Garry Burnett, Teacher and Author

For over 40 years Dr Eva Hoffman's life has revolved around teaching and learning: doing it, talking about it, writing about it and living it. In her long teaching career she has worked with children and teenagers in schools, and with university students, as well as teachers, educators, social workers and parents, always passionately promoting mind- heart-friendly approaches to teaching and learning. Eva's work has taken her not only all around the UK but also to Argentina, Holland, Indonesia, Italy, Northern Ireland, Poland, Scotland, Spain, Sweden and the USA, where she has facilitated countless workshops, run in-service teacher training courses and appeared at numerous conferences as keynote speaker and presenter. Her recent passion is working with teenagers: motivating them and sharing with them some highly effective learning and revising strategies. Eva is author and co-author of 20 practical books on learning, motivating, teaching and parenting.
